Asset Refund Policy (Digital Downloads)

Digital asset packs work a little differently from our usual 30 day money back guarantee.
Because assets are downloadable files that can be permanently copied, we’re unable to offer refunds once an asset pack has been downloaded or accessed.
If you haven’t downloaded the files yet and you need a refund for any reason, just reach out to our support team - we’re always happy to help.

We will, of course, offer a refund or replacement if:

• The files are broken, corrupted, or incomplete
• The download doesn't match the product description
• There’s a technical issue on our end preventing proper access.
