The GameDev.tv Indie Game Dev Fund is our way of giving a little extra to indie teams in our community and we’re giving five indie games a $500 USD boost this round. Applications close 8 March 2026.

A portion of revenue from selected bundles, programs and promotions is set aside into a dedicated pot, which we use to offer small, one-time funding boosts to promising in-development games.

Who it's for

• Indie devs or small teams with a playable prototype or clear work-in-progress
• People who know what they’d put the money towards – art, audio, tools, contractors or time
• Teams who are happy to share a little behind-the-scenes progress with the GameDev.tv community

About this round

• Applications open from Jan 8th 2026 to March 8th 2026
• We’re offering five sponsorships of $500 USD each
• Final decisions will made around March 21st 2026
