This fund is our way of giving a little extra boost to indie teams in our community!
Applications are currently closed.
A portion of revenue from selected bundles, programs, and promotions is set aside into a dedicated pot, which we use to offer small, one-time funding boosts to promising in-development games.
Our next round of applications will open in Q3 or Q4 of 2026. In the meantime, we currently have a bundle available that helps support this fund.
Who it’s for
- Indie devs or small teams with a playable prototype or clear work-in-progress
- People who know what they’d put the money towards – art, audio, tools, contractors or time
- Teams who are happy to share a little behind-the-scenes progress with the GameDev.tv community
How it works
- Read the Indie Fund Terms & Conditions
- Complete the short application with info about your project, a brief gameplay clip and how you’d use the funds
About the First Round
- The first round of the GameDev.tv Indie Game Dev Fund took place in Q1 2026
- Five sponsorships of $500 USD were awarded to indie developers
