What's Included in the Program

Become a Confident Godot Developer in Just 8 Weeks
Finished a Godot beginner course, but still freeze the moment you open a blank project?
This program takes you from:
"I know the pieces, but I can't put them together"
To:
"I can build this on my own."
It does this with lots of practice on the fundamentals, using exercises that make you think.

The Godot Skills Every Game Developer Needs
You're in good hands with Kaan Alpar, a professional game developer who has taught over 1 million students at GameDev.tv.
Kaan rebuilt the teaching method from his Ultimate Unreal C++ program for Godot and GDScript, with each module focused on one game programming fundamental.
NOTE: This program is for people who know the basics of Godot and GDScript (nodes, scenes, signals, variables, loops, functions) but haven't had enough practice to build on their own. Coming from another engine? It's a fast way to get fluent in Godot. Never opened Godot? Start with one of our beginner courses first.

Build Real Mechanics, Not Just Follow Along
The biggest leap comes from doing, not watching. Each module has around 10 exercises, with guidance that tapers as you go, so you learn to break problems down and find your own solutions.
Every module ends with a micro jam, a bigger open challenge like an inventory manager or projectile weapon. It all lives in your own sandbox project, so by the end you'll have a library of mechanics you built yourself.

Real Results From Real Students
Godot uses the same method as the Ultimate Unreal C++ program. Students on that program:
- Built up muscle memory through exercises that ramped from easy to hard
- Filled the gaps left by self-directed learning
- Finished and published their own capstone games on itch.io

Get ready to finally build in Godot without a tutorial.
The Ultimate Godot Coding Program is an 8-week live, hands-on training program designed to help you move from "I know the pieces but I can't put them together" to "I know how to break this down and build it."
If you've finished a beginner course but still get stuck the moment you're on your own, you don't have a knowledge problem. You have a practice problem. Courses give you the knowledge, and you'll keep using them. What they can't give you on their own is the reps that turn knowledge into the skill that matters: solving problems you haven't seen before.
This program gives you the reps. Eight modules, each focused on one fundamental of game programming, with around 100 exercises, 7 micro jams and a final Mechanic Lab where you design and build your own original mechanic. Along the way you'll have weekly live coaching, feedback on your work and a community of developers at your level.
By the end, you'll have a library of mechanics you built yourself, and the confidence to build the next thing on your own.
Ready to take your Godot skills to the next level?
This is an 8-week program, starting with the kick-off coaching call on 25 October.
Each week introduces a new module, with a specific focus, video training content, around 10 practice exercises and a micro jam to finish.
The expectation is that you have at least [5] hours of available time each week to participate. If you have more, great: you'll be able to dig deeper. If there are some weeks where you have less, that's fine; you'll be able to catch up. All coaching calls are recorded and our Discord server will have people available at different times of the day to help you get the most out of the program.
