Gorka Aranzabal

I'm Gorka Aranzabal, but I'm better known as Gorka Games. I am an indie game developer who creates Unreal Engine 5 tutorials on YouTube, helping hundreds of thousands of game developers each month.

I began creating games at the age of 8, learning to use Unreal Engine and Unity. I started by developing small games and participating in numerous game jams for UE4, which was a rich learning experience.

After several years, I shifted my focus to Unity and began programming in C# more seriously.

Over time, I embarked on a commercial project called "Bromeliad," which I have been developing alongside a senior programmer. The game launched in early access at the beginning of 2021, and we plan to release it fully by the end of 2023.

In the summer of 2022, I started making tutorials on YouTube for Unreal Engine 5. My channel quickly grew, and I am now regarded as one of the top UE5 channels. Having worked on various team projects, I have created both beginner and advanced UE5 courses. Now, in 2023, I am teaching hundreds of thousands of game developers around the world each month.
